1 Seller and application
The seller of products purchased through old-school-genetics.com is OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. These terms apply to sales made through the website. Before payment, the customer can review the cart contents, price, shipping costs, destination and supplied details and can correct errors.

3 Product information availability and drops
The applicable descriptions, photographs, formats, seed counts and prices are those shown on the product page and at checkout. Photographs are illustrative, and biological products can have natural variations that do not by themselves amount to a lack of conformity.
Limited drops and editions are allocated according to actual availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. An order remains subject to payment, stock, age where relevant, destination and legal or customs checks. If an item is sold out, there is an obvious error or the shipment cannot lawfully be processed, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will notify the customer and refund any amount charged for the cancelled item or order.
4 Contract formation
An automated order receipt confirms that the system has received the order but does not yet constitute final acceptance. The contract is accepted when OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. confirms that the order is being prepared or confirms dispatch. The company may request information strictly necessary to verify age, identity, address, payment or import authorisation. If the information is not provided or cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
5 Prices taxes and currency
The total price is the amount displayed before payment confirmation. It includes indirect taxes that OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. is legally required to collect and the shipping charges shown at checkout. Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other destination charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the importer or recipient is responsible for those amounts.
Payment is made in the displayed currency. The customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will not unilaterally change the contents of a confirmed order because of a currency fluctuation. If an obvious pricing error is detected before acceptance, the customer may confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6 Payment and fraud prevention
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The selected provider processes the charge. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may carry out reasonable checks to prevent fraud, unauthorised payment use or identity theft, using proportionate measures and respecting data protection law.
7 Preparation shipping and delivery times
The following are estimated transit times from the date the carrier accepts the shipment unless checkout or the order confirmation states otherwise:

The estimates exclude customs holds, plant-health inspections, carrier incidents, local holidays, incorrect addresses and delays caused by missing recipient documentation. Where tracking is available, the tracking number will be emailed after dispatch. If OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. becomes aware of a material delay, it will notify the customer and offer the remedies required by law.
The risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the goods, unless the consumer independently appoints a carrier that OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. did not offer.
8 Customs documents and importer status
For international shipments, the recipient may be treated as the importer of record and must comply with destination import, plant-health, labelling and documentation rules. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will provide the commercial documents required of it as seller and may require the customer to provide permits, exemptions, official labels or routing instructions before dispatch.
A destination appearing at checkout, initial acceptance of payment or successful earlier deliveries does not guarantee that a new shipment is admissible. Authorities may inspect, hold, return or refuse goods. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may suspend or cancel an order where it identifies a reasonable legal or documentary risk.
9 Cannabis seeds and specific destinations
Rules governing cannabis seeds differ by country and, in some places, by state, province or municipality. They may also depend on seed viability, origin, declared use, the source plant profile and shipment documentation. The commercial rules below do not replace legal advice or decisions made by competent authorities.
Spain
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. sells seeds for lawful purposes, including collecting, genetic conservation, research and other permitted uses. Purchasing a seed does not by itself authorise germination or cultivation. Customers must comply with all applicable criminal, administrative and sector-specific rules.
Germany
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. offers shipment of seeds from Spain, an EU Member State, to adult customers in Germany where import and intended use comply with German law. Subject to its conditions, German law allows adult residents to import cannabis seeds from another EU Member State for private self-cultivation and permits online acquisition and delivery. The recipient confirms compliance with applicable age, residence, purpose and cultivation limits. This statement does not extend to cannabis, flowers or cuttings.
United States
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may make shipping available to selected U.S. destinations only where the product and shipment comply with federal, state and local law in force on the dispatch date. Where a seed lot meets the applicable federal definition of hemp, including the legally applicable THC threshold, it will be handled as a hemp seed shipment. The 0.3 percent threshold does not by itself make every cannabis seed or international shipment lawful.
Importing seed for planting may require the buyer or importer to hold a PPQ 587 permit or exemption and may require a phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, official shipping labels, an invoice stating scientific name, quantity and origin, compliance with the Federal Seed Act and inspection by USDA APHIS or U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The classification of certain viable seeds may also depend on their source plant and on legislation taking effect before dispatch. The customer must obtain and provide all required documentation. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may hold, cancel or refund an order if admissibility cannot be verified.
Canada
Cannabis seeds are regulated under Canada’s federal cannabis framework. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will process a shipment to Canada only when the recipient is an authorised licence holder and provides, before dispatch, the licences and shipment-specific import permit that apply, together with any required plant-health permit. Health Canada generally limits cannabis import and export permits, including for seeds, to medical or scientific purposes. Technical availability of Canada at checkout is not a general offer of direct consumer sales into Canada.
Other countries
Orders will be accepted only where the sale and shipment can be carried out lawfully. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may exclude destinations, cultivars or quantities or request additional documentation. Customers should consult the competent authority if they are unsure about import, possession, germination or cultivation.
10 Failed delivery customs hold and return
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated absence, unjustified refusal, missing recipient permits or failure to meet import requirements for which the customer was responsible, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may deduct from a refund, where the law allows, documented and unrecoverable direct shipping, return, storage or handling costs.
If goods are returned to OSG Barcelona, S.L.U., their condition will be assessed before a refund. If an authority destroys or seizes a shipment because of non-compliance attributable to the recipient, a refund may be refused to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not restrict consumer rights where non-delivery is attributable to the seller or the goods lack conformity.
11 Right of withdrawal
A customer who qualifies as a consumer in Spain or the European Union may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or an authorised third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must send an unequivocal statement to info@old-school-genetics.com before the period expires. The model form at the end of these terms may be used but is not mandatory.
The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after giving notice, to Avenida Jaume I, 95, 1st floor, door 1, 08226 Terrassa, Barcelona, Spain. Unless OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. states otherwise or the goods are defective or incorrect, the consumer bears the direct return cost and must package the goods appropriately.
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will refund payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for those goods, within 14 calendar days after notice. It may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or the consumer provides sufficient evidence of return. The consumer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The withdrawal right does not apply where a statutory exception applies, such as personalised products or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, provided the exception genuinely applies to the particular product. No exception will be presumed merely because a product is a seed.
12 Incorrect damaged or nonconforming goods
Customers should inspect orders on receipt. To help investigate with the carrier, visible damage, shortages or errors should preferably be reported within 72 hours with the order number and photographs of the packaging and product. This courtesy period does not remove or reduce statutory conformity rights.
Where goods are incorrect, damaged or nonconforming, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will bear the necessary return cost for nonconforming goods.
13 Biological nature of seeds
Seeds are biological material and results can be affected by age, storage, handling, transport, environment and methods of use. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. is not responsible for results caused by unlawful use, improper storage or conditions outside its control. This limitation does not affect the statutory conformity guarantee or any specific commercial guarantee expressly stated on the product page.
14 Promotions gifts and codes
Promotions, gifts, samples and discount codes are governed by the terms communicated for each campaign, remain subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires otherwise. For a partial return, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the promotion terms without prejudicing mandatory rights.
15 Customer service and complaints
Questions and complaints may be sent to info@old-school-genetics.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. Consumers may request any applicable official complaint form and contact the competent public consumer authority.
16 Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including general transport interruptions, border closures, official action, conflict, natural disasters, serious infrastructure failures or health emergencies. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will provide notice where possible and take reasonable measures to reduce the impact. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
17 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. A consumer residing in another country retains the mandatory protection of the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable law. Nothing in this clause requires a consumer to waive a legally available forum.
18 Amendments
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. The version applicable to an order is the version accepted when the contract is made, subject to any mandatory change in law.

The applicable descriptions, photographs, formats, seed counts and prices are those shown on the product page and at checkout. Photographs are illustrative, and biological products can have natural variations that do not by themselves amount to a lack of conformity.
Limited drops and editions are allocated according to actual availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. An order remains subject to payment, stock, age where relevant, destination and legal or customs checks. If an item is sold out, there is an obvious error or the shipment cannot lawfully be processed, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will notify the customer and refund any amount charged for the cancelled item or order.
4 Contract formation
An automated order receipt confirms that the system has received the order but does not yet constitute final acceptance. The contract is accepted when OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. confirms that the order is being prepared or confirms dispatch. The company may request information strictly necessary to verify age, identity, address, payment or import authorisation. If the information is not provided or cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
5 Prices taxes and currency
The total price is the amount displayed before payment confirmation. It includes indirect taxes that OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. is legally required to collect and the shipping charges shown at checkout. Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other destination charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the importer or recipient is responsible for those amounts.
Payment is made in the displayed currency. The customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will not unilaterally change the contents of a confirmed order because of a currency fluctuation. If an obvious pricing error is detected before acceptance, the customer may confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6 Payment and fraud prevention
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The selected provider processes the charge. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may carry out reasonable checks to prevent fraud, unauthorised payment use or identity theft, using proportionate measures and respecting data protection law.
7 Preparation shipping and delivery times
The following are estimated transit times from the date the carrier accepts the shipment unless checkout or the order confirmation states otherwise:

The estimates exclude customs holds, plant-health inspections, carrier incidents, local holidays, incorrect addresses and delays caused by missing recipient documentation. Where tracking is available, the tracking number will be emailed after dispatch. If OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. becomes aware of a material delay, it will notify the customer and offer the remedies required by law.
The risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the goods, unless the consumer independently appoints a carrier that OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. did not offer.
8 Customs documents and importer status
For international shipments, the recipient may be treated as the importer of record and must comply with destination import, plant-health, labelling and documentation rules. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will provide the commercial documents required of it as seller and may require the customer to provide permits, exemptions, official labels or routing instructions before dispatch.
A destination appearing at checkout, initial acceptance of payment or successful earlier deliveries does not guarantee that a new shipment is admissible. Authorities may inspect, hold, return or refuse goods. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may suspend or cancel an order where it identifies a reasonable legal or documentary risk.
9 Cannabis seeds and specific destinations
Rules governing cannabis seeds differ by country and, in some places, by state, province or municipality. They may also depend on seed viability, origin, declared use, the source plant profile and shipment documentation. The commercial rules below do not replace legal advice or decisions made by competent authorities.
Spain
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. sells seeds for lawful purposes, including collecting, genetic conservation, research and other permitted uses. Purchasing a seed does not by itself authorise germination or cultivation. Customers must comply with all applicable criminal, administrative and sector-specific rules.
Germany
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. offers shipment of seeds from Spain, an EU Member State, to adult customers in Germany where import and intended use comply with German law. Subject to its conditions, German law allows adult residents to import cannabis seeds from another EU Member State for private self-cultivation and permits online acquisition and delivery. The recipient confirms compliance with applicable age, residence, purpose and cultivation limits. This statement does not extend to cannabis, flowers or cuttings.
United States
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may make shipping available to selected U.S. destinations only where the product and shipment comply with federal, state and local law in force on the dispatch date. Where a seed lot meets the applicable federal definition of hemp, including the legally applicable THC threshold, it will be handled as a hemp seed shipment. The 0.3 percent threshold does not by itself make every cannabis seed or international shipment lawful.
Importing seed for planting may require the buyer or importer to hold a PPQ 587 permit or exemption and may require a phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, official shipping labels, an invoice stating scientific name, quantity and origin, compliance with the Federal Seed Act and inspection by USDA APHIS or U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The classification of certain viable seeds may also depend on their source plant and on legislation taking effect before dispatch. The customer must obtain and provide all required documentation. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may hold, cancel or refund an order if admissibility cannot be verified.
Canada
Cannabis seeds are regulated under Canada’s federal cannabis framework. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will process a shipment to Canada only when the recipient is an authorised licence holder and provides, before dispatch, the licences and shipment-specific import permit that apply, together with any required plant-health permit. Health Canada generally limits cannabis import and export permits, including for seeds, to medical or scientific purposes. Technical availability of Canada at checkout is not a general offer of direct consumer sales into Canada.
Other countries
Orders will be accepted only where the sale and shipment can be carried out lawfully. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may exclude destinations, cultivars or quantities or request additional documentation. Customers should consult the competent authority if they are unsure about import, possession, germination or cultivation.
10 Failed delivery customs hold and return
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated absence, unjustified refusal, missing recipient permits or failure to meet import requirements for which the customer was responsible, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may deduct from a refund, where the law allows, documented and unrecoverable direct shipping, return, storage or handling costs.
If goods are returned to OSG Barcelona, S.L.U., their condition will be assessed before a refund. If an authority destroys or seizes a shipment because of non-compliance attributable to the recipient, a refund may be refused to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not restrict consumer rights where non-delivery is attributable to the seller or the goods lack conformity.
11 Right of withdrawal
A customer who qualifies as a consumer in Spain or the European Union may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or an authorised third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must send an unequivocal statement to info@old-school-genetics.com before the period expires. The model form at the end of these terms may be used but is not mandatory.
The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after giving notice, to Avenida Jaume I, 95, 1st floor, door 1, 08226 Terrassa, Barcelona, Spain. Unless OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. states otherwise or the goods are defective or incorrect, the consumer bears the direct return cost and must package the goods appropriately.
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will refund payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for those goods, within 14 calendar days after notice. It may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or the consumer provides sufficient evidence of return. The consumer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The withdrawal right does not apply where a statutory exception applies, such as personalised products or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, provided the exception genuinely applies to the particular product. No exception will be presumed merely because a product is a seed.
12 Incorrect damaged or nonconforming goods
Customers should inspect orders on receipt. To help investigate with the carrier, visible damage, shortages or errors should preferably be reported within 72 hours with the order number and photographs of the packaging and product. This courtesy period does not remove or reduce statutory conformity rights.
Where goods are incorrect, damaged or nonconforming, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will bear the necessary return cost for nonconforming goods.
13 Biological nature of seeds
Seeds are biological material and results can be affected by age, storage, handling, transport, environment and methods of use. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. is not responsible for results caused by unlawful use, improper storage or conditions outside its control. This limitation does not affect the statutory conformity guarantee or any specific commercial guarantee expressly stated on the product page.
14 Promotions gifts and codes
Promotions, gifts, samples and discount codes are governed by the terms communicated for each campaign, remain subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires otherwise. For a partial return, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the promotion terms without prejudicing mandatory rights.
15 Customer service and complaints
Questions and complaints may be sent to info@old-school-genetics.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. Consumers may request any applicable official complaint form and contact the competent public consumer authority.
16 Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including general transport interruptions, border closures, official action, conflict, natural disasters, serious infrastructure failures or health emergencies. OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will provide notice where possible and take reasonable measures to reduce the impact. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
17 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. A consumer residing in another country retains the mandatory protection of the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable law. Nothing in this clause requires a consumer to waive a legally available forum.
18 Amendments
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. The version applicable to an order is the version accepted when the contract is made, subject to any mandatory change in law.

5 Recipients and service providers
Data may be disclosed or made available to service providers that support hosting, website maintenance, e-commerce, payment, fraud prevention, email, customer support, analytics, marketing, transport and logistics. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role and acts as a processor or independent controller as applicable.
Data may also be shared with banks and payment providers, carriers, professional advisers, insurers, tax administrations, customs, plant-health or health authorities, law-enforcement agencies and courts where necessary to perform the contract, comply with law or defend legal rights.
6 International transfers
Some providers or recipients may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. will rely on a European Commission adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard and will apply supplementary measures where needed. Data subjects may request information about the safeguard used.
7 Retention periods
Order, invoice and accounting data are retained for the contractual relationship and applicable statutory limitation and record-keeping periods, generally up to six years, or longer where a law or proceeding requires it.
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to respond and afterwards for a reasonable period to address potential liability.
Newsletter data are retained until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes. Minimal suppression data may be kept to document the opt-out and prevent further messages.
Security and fraud-prevention logs are retained for periods limited and proportionate to the risk.
Cookie data are retained for the periods shown in the cookie settings panel or declaration.
Age or permit documentation is retained only as long as needed for verification, shipment and legal claims.
8 Data subject rights
A data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. A person may object to direct marketing at any time.

9 Automated decisions
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. does not ordinarily make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud-prevention systems may generate alerts or temporarily block a transaction for review. Where required by law, the person may request human intervention, state their position and contest the decision.
10 Children
The website and its adult products are not directed to anyone under 18. If OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. learns that it has received a minor’s data without a valid basis, it will take reasonable steps to cancel the account or order and erase or restrict the data. Age checks will be proportionate and will avoid retaining more information than necessary.
11 Security and accuracy
OSG Barcelona, S.L.U. applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure. No system is completely invulnerable.
